Photographs sent cannot breach copyrights, i.e. they have to be created by you or you have to have documentable consent to their publication.

Files with Photographs Sent

Files must be in jpg format. If their size on a disk is greater than 768432 KB, they will be made smaller by the system.

Photograph Dimensions

The maximum longer dimension of a photograph is 3000 pixels. Photographs with larger dimensions will be made smaller by the system.

What to do that photographs are not altered by the system?

If you do not want your photograph to be altered by the system, the file size should be less than 768432 KB and the size of the longer side of the photograph should be less than 3000 pixels.

Prohibited Photographs

Photographs that are insulting, encourage unlawful activities, promote violence, expressions of hate, prohibited goods, nudity and sex cannot be published.
The website administrator reserves the right to determine photographs that it will not publish or it will remove.

Displaying Nudity

The displaying of nudity is prohibited in any form at this moment. If you want to present photographs of naked bodies, you can use, for example, the server www.fotopatracka.cz.

Inclusion in Categories

So that a photograph can be published and participate in duels, it has to be classified in the relevant category/categories. A category shall be understood to mean a genre or topic.
The genre must be selected based on what is shown in the photo. Not depending on where the photo was taken.
The operator of the website reserves the right to place unclassified photographs or edit the classification.

Publication of Photographs

New users’ photographs are subject to approval. The website administrator or automatic system can permit long-term and trustworthy users to send photographs without approval.
The operator of the website reserves the right to publish photos at its discretion. Photos that are too dull or edited, the same or similar to each other, will not be published. Photos must show reality, not to transform it.
A maximum of 10 photos per day per user may be published. "Redundant" photos will be released gradually in the coming days if they meet the conditions for publication.
The publication of suitable photos will usually take place within 1 week, depending on the quantity and quality of the photos sent.

Deleting photos

Photos that are not interested or published will be deleted by the system 2 months after their sending.
Photos that have progressed to the gallery, are part of exhibitions, or are popular among users cannot be deleted by the system. Such photos will be removed if they are deleted by the profile owner or the whole profile is removed.

Are your photos safe?

Sent photos remain your property. We have no right to dispose of them in any way. Photographs are not passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
